Certification Programme on Good Manufacturing Practices

Gain in-depth knowledge on current Good Manufacturing Practices and its importance in safe food production. The second of PRO-FIT’s Certification Courses aims to aid the food safety professional to conform to standards and requirements, and build upon existing good practices in line with the changes brought by related national and international legislation.

Basic Course for SMEs

This fourth PRO-FIT Certification Course targets food and beverage SMEs to be provided with interactive visual aids about food safety, hygiene, and food handling. Interested companies may have 20 of their staff participate in this specialized course and benefit from lessons on food safety hazards, current Good Manufacturing Practices, food borne illness & causative agents, and national and international legislations on food safety.

Certified Food Safety Professional

Be committed to the very important issue of raising food safety standards and protecting consumers. Attend the third PRO-FIT Certification Course and be armed with knowledge on: lean concepts adapted in the organization to demonstrate efficiency & effectiveness; food processing, critical food operations, and GMP concepts; food testing requirements and best practices; the HACCP principles; and effective audit reporting relating to food safety.
